The Theology Program Online - Introduction to Theology

Description: This is The Theology Program distance education program. You can take The Theology Program from anywhere. Having watched the session online or through DVD, distance education students will join other students from all over the world by putting on a headset and engage in a live voice discussion with the teacher, C. Michael Patton, and discuss the theological issues of the assigned class. If the student is seeking to get a certificate, they will join another forum the next day and work through the discussion questions at the end of each class session (“Table Talk” sessions). Participation in the live discussion is required for online students.

The Theology Program for Teens

The Theology Program for teens is an exciting adventure through theology that prepares teens in a unique way for the challenges that may come as they step outside into the world and as they enter college. This program is designed to build solid foundations in the students mind and heart as we break down all their beliefs and build them back up together. The program consists of two classes in systematic theology, two classes in Apologetics, and two classes in church history. This is an intense and serious program. Upon successful completion of the Program, a certificate will be awarded. Parents can use these classes as supplementary to public and private schools or for credit in home schools. Our ultimate goal in this program is to deepen the roots of belief in the Lordship of Jesus Christ.

The Teacher Training Program
Description: The Teacher Training Program is designed to help students become better communicators of truth. Here you will develop a philosophy of teaching, learn the basic principles of communication, and, most important, how to take a text of the Bible and effectively teach it to others. The real meat of the course comes when you teach in front of the class and get evaluated by the students and teachers. This Program consists of two courses, Principles of Biblical Teaching I and Principles of Biblical Teaching II.
Whether you are a mom or dad wanting to learn how to teach your children, a Sunday school teacher, a small groups leader, or a pastor, The Teacher Training Program will advance your skills in communicating God’s word.
